Fitness Breaks


MOTIV8’s fitness breaks are designed to improve both your fitness and strength whilst reducing body fat all in a very short space of time

Our 4 night breaks in beautiful St Ives are fun but hard work. Accommodation, breakfast & lunch are provided as part of your break

A full day’s training, each and everyday is integrated into the break, activities range from:

A body fat analysis is performed at the beginning of the trip and repeated a week after return to gain an accurate measure of results. On average our clients see a 7lb weight loss
