Circuit Training

Circuit training is an outstanding way to push your body, increase your fitness and condition your muscles to become stronger.

This means you can work on several areas at once, your CV (cardiovascular) muscle strength and endurance in a single workout.

You can alternate circuits between your upper and lower body so that when one muscle group gets tired you can work on the other without stopping and work at a greater intensity and for longer. Because of this the most important muscle in your body your heart is always working.

During your circuit you should always remember to work at least 70-85% of your maximum effort during your circuit, this will keep your heart rate at the correct zone to improve your fitness.
